Meet your soul family in person! Everyone on this retreat will have completed the EHT course with Duke Sayer and his coaches so you are guaranteed to be in the like-minded company you have been craving.

ACCOMODATION:  4 days, 3 nights stay in one of our beautiful rooms that will become your sanctuary here. Available on a double or twin basis or with a single occupancy supplement. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

YOGA & MEDITATION: 6 optional classes - A morning and evening class every day for 60 minutes each taught by our resident yoga teacher Helen. Be prepared to shift your perspective and boundaries, be uplifted and inspired to become who you truly are in all your power. 

The style of yoga taught is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. 
 
Classes are designed to be accessible to all, with variations offered for those who need more basic adjustments or want to try more advanced postures. It is not an advanced yoga retreat and is suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness.  

Yoga Nidra and guided meditation following EHT principles and style also forms part of some of the classes. 

FOOD: Full board vegetarian meals including afternoon tea and cake. Fish and meat options available on request. All will be lovingly prepared by the beautiful ladies of SohamSeeds who are nutrition and wellness coaches so you will feel completely nourished in every way. 

EXCERSIONS: Are not included in the price of the retreat but we can support you in making the arrangements you want to enjoy this area of outstanding natural beauty in full. We can help you organise a group trip or you are free to take your own adventure. See the "Explore" page on our website to get a taste of the choices available to you.

PRICE: 555 GBP per person based on shared accomodation and full vegetarian board. A single occupancy supplement of 111 GBP is also available.

TREATMENTS: You will be able to enjoy additional treatments, all priced and paid for separately including oil massage, Reiki, Thai Massage and Experiential healing. The magical treatments will take your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual reconnection to a new level. 

TRANSPORT: The price does not include airport transfers, flights, excursions, massage or other therapies available. We highly recommend you hire a car for your stay to get the most out of the beautiful region. If you prefer we can arrange taxi's or a driver for you, please enquire as to costs.

Flights: The closest airport is Malaga (AGP). You will need to arrange your own flights.

Trains: The closest rail station is Santa Ana Antequera, a 25 minute drive or taxi ride from Casa Libelula.

Airport Transfers: We recommend you hire a car from the airport and we can provide you directions to Casa Libelula however if you want to enjoy a week without getting behind the wheel we can arrange an airport transfer for you for 70 Euro each way.

OUTLINE SCHEDULE: Our retreats usually follow the schedule below but we always discuss it with the group on the first evening so things can change a little. 
 
8am - first session of yoga
9.30am - breakfast available.
11am until 5pm - possibility to have individual healing sessions
1pm lunch is served - optional and buffet style
4pm afternoon tea 
6pm  - yoga/meditation
8pm - dinner
9pm - optional after dinner activities (night walk, cacao ceremony, star gazing).
  • 22nd July - lunch is available on arrival, we begin as a group together with an evening grounding meditation session and welcome dinner.
  • 23rd & 24th July run as the schedule above.
  • 25th July morning yoga session and breakfast, closing ceremony before departure at noon.
