A special 5-day retreat from October 10-15

A program where we take a journey through the elements of nature in connection with your body. 

The first day focuses on the element of earth, then we move to water, fire, air and ether.
 
It is possible to experience a deep transformation process through yoga, reiki, voice expression, dance and massage which all form part of this beautiful retreat experience. 
 
Also enjoy freedom to relax by the pool, in the beauty of nature, held in this sanctuary int he mountains. This retreat is a real gift for yourself and your body.
