The retreat will be held at a beautiful venue called Dragonfly House (Casa Libelula) in Antequera which is at the heart of Southern Spain. It is well connected to the coast and the enchanting historical cities of Seville and Granada it is a truly fantastic location to explore.
Steeped in history, built around Spain’s most cherished moorish fortress, with an abundance of beautiful churches and surrounded by treasured natural parks; you will experience the authentic passion of Spain throughout your stay.
For those in love with nature, this mountainous countryside is bursting with wildlife and is ready for exploration on foot, by bike or by air.
What we will be getting up to:
On arrival and once you have settled in, there will be an opening circle, restorative yoga and then dinner.
There will be two yoga classes a day one in the morning and one in the evening, a Cacao Ceremony, breathwork session and plenty of time each day to rest, recoup and relax and book a Reiki Massage or Angelic Reiki session with me. There will also be three delicious vegetarian meals provided all of which are included in the price.
This Retreat is about community, connection and coming back to you with love. For those of you that know me, you know I love to sprinkle a little magic, to hold a sacred space full of uplifting energy, of fun and so much more. You will leave a different person.
Accommodation
The retreat space has two beautiful yoga shalas one inside and outside and a gorgeous swimming pool. We have the Guesthouse and Farmhouse which have 9 bedrooms some sole occupancy and others twin so you can bring a friend or share with someone if you wish.

We are taking bookings with a £200 deposit. Payment plans are available so please enquire.
There is also the option to extend your stay to further enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax you can, please add a message when booking.

Travel and transfers though we will send an email with the best flights so that there is a higher chance that you can share a cab with someone on the same flight.

Treatments and therapies - I will be offering Angelic Reiki and Reiki Massage which I recommend are booked in advance as there will be limited spaces available. Kelly will also be offering private or small group breathwork sessions.

There is horse riding and cycle hire available close by or you can hire a car and go out for the day there is so much you can see or do or just completely relax.
Kelly
Kelly found yoga during her training for the London Marathon with the intention to help stretch her muscles after running. She had no idea the impact that this one class would make on her life! After this, she wanted to understand the practice on a deeper level so embarked on her teacher training in 2017. Alongside her job in animal welfare, she continued to study, teach and support her own mental well-being through the wonders of yoga! She has since trained in Yin, Restorative and Kids yoga as well as attended many workshops and events. She loves to learn.
Kelly has taught for a large London yoga studio for many years and continues this online while also developing their kids yoga programme. She has taught for corporate clients such as Amazon as well as at London festivals and also her own private classes. She loves to see people embarking on their own journey of self-discovery and enquiry. Kelly loves to bring the community together through yoga and has met some of her closest friends this way.
Pauline
I am blessed to have been born a channel and a high-energy master and have taken on the sacred journey through my own growth and healing journey on many life and soul levels to provide a sacred and safe space for your own journey.
I started my yoga teacher training 7 years ago after practicing for many years and wanted to give away the peace of mind from very stressful situations to other people. I have since gone on to do advanced teacher training with the Yoga People and Art of Teaching 1-1.
My passion is leaving people empowered, be it with yoga, holding sacred circles, Cacao Ceremonies, mentoring gifted young children through energy healing and giving Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing and other bespoke healing sessions. I bring all of my experience to you so you feel held, seen, empowered and free.
