The Inner Sanctuary Yoga Retreat is for anyone seeking a deeper connection with Self.

Designed to bring all layers of the holistic body into balance, the practices of hatha and yin yoga, pranayama, chanting and meditation will create the space to release old habits and mindsets, blocked energy and physical tension.
The practice of yoga nidra (dynamic relaxation) will journey you into a deep and receptive state of subconscious awareness where potential can be realised and intention can be cemented allowing you to meet your goals and effect genuine shift and transformation.

My style is warm, friendly and inclusive and as such this retreat is for all, those setting out on their yoga journey and those already on the path.
